Instructions

Contributions and Submission Guidelines

The abstract and paper submission process is managed via ConfTool.

All initial submissions should be in the form of an abstract. There is no strict template required for abstracts. Each abstract should include the title, authors, affiliations, abstract text, and keywords.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full contribution.

At the full submission stage, we accept two types of contributions:

  • Extended Abstracts
Extended abstracts do not require a fixed template. However, submissions should be clearly structured and include the following elements: title, authors and affiliations, abstract text, and keywords. Additional sections (such as introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions) may be included where appropriate.
The length of an extended abstract is limited to 3 pages.
Accepted extended abstracts will be included in the official conference proceedings only.
  • Full Papers
Full papers are expected to present complete and original research work with sufficient scientific depth. These submissions must follow the official conference template (templates are attached), which will be provided by the organizers.
The length of a full paper is limited to 8 pages.
Accepted full papers will be published in the E3S Web of Conferences, indexed by EI.

All submissions will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee, with evaluation criteria adapted to the type of contribution. Purely commercial submissions will not be accepted.

Please note that only original and unpublished work is eligible for publication in the E3S Web of Conferences. Authors submitting full papers must ensure that their work has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

All accepted contributions (both extended abstracts and full papers) will be invited for oral or poster presentation at the conference.
